How it works

The process is simple and designed to guarantee maximum transparency:

  1. Evaluation and quote: Send us one or more photos of the item along with a description of the issue via WhatsApp at +39.3497967107 or by email at assistenzaonline@leathertrend.it. Our artisans will review your request and provide you with a clear and detailed quote.

  2. Shipping: Once the quote is approved, we will arrange the collection directly from your home and have the item delivered to our workshop in Solofra (AV). These costs are already included in the quote you receive.

  3. Handcrafted work: Whether it’s replacing a zipper, repairing a seam, restoring the color, or renewing the lining, every step is carried out by hand with the same care as on the very first day.

  4. Return delivery: Your leather jacket is sent back to you, ready to begin new chapters of your story together.
