Change size

A size exchange may be requested exclusively for:
- a different size;
- a different color of the same item (if available);
- a different model, only subject to prior express authorization by the Company.

The Customer must send LEATHER TREND a specific exchange request communication, together with the size exchange form, no later than 3 (three) days from the date of receipt of the Products, by email to assistenzaclienti@leathertrend.it.

Once the request has been received, LEATHER TREND Customer Service will open an exchange case and inform the Customer of the procedures and instructions for returning the Products.

Conditions for Exchange
The exchange service is governed by the following conditions:

I. In order for the exchange to be accepted, the returned item must be intact, unused, complete with its original packaging, in perfect condition, and accompanied by the size exchange form. The form may be sent by email to assistenzaonline@leathertrend.it or via WhatsApp to (+39) 349 7967107.

II. Products must be returned with the tag still perfectly attached and intact. Returns must be made in the original packaging.

III. The first size exchange is free of charge.

IV. Any additional requests for size exchanges or model exchanges may entail additional shipping and handling costs. Such costs will be communicated in advance and agreed with the Customer before processing the request. LEATHER TREND reserves the right to evaluate each case individually and to apply additional charges where the number of shipments or the nature of the requests results in additional, unsustainable costs.

V. Size exchanges are not permitted for made-to-measure or personalized items created at the Customer’s request.

VI. For shipments destined for countries outside Italian territory, all shipping costs related to the return and subsequent reshipment of the Products shall be borne entirely by the Customer. The Customer is solely responsible for completing customs formalities and for the payment of any duties, taxes (local VAT), or other charges required in the destination country, both at the time of purchase and in the event of exchanges or returns. LEATHER TREND declines all responsibility for any customs delays, holds, or seizures. Any additional costs arising from such circumstances will be charged to the Customer.

Inspection of Returned Products
All returned items will be subject to a quality inspection by LEATHER TREND in order to verify compliance with these conditions and the return policy. Should the Products be found to be damaged, worn, or not compliant with the above requirements, LEATHER TREND will return them to the Customer, charging the related shipping costs.

By submitting an exchange request, the Customer declares that they have read and fully accepted these conditions.

N.B. The "Size or Model Exchange" service and the "Withdrawal with Refund" (governed by Art. 9 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale) are separate procedures, with different purposes and financial implications. The Exchange allows the product to be replaced with one of a different size, color, or model (if authorized), in accordance with these conditions. Withdrawal entails termination of the contract and a refund of the price paid, in accordance with the procedures outlined below. The Customer is required to select and explicitly request the correct procedure based on their specific needs.
