Change size

Size change is possible only for a different size or color of the same item, if available, or model change if authorized by the company. The Customer must email assistenzaonline@leathertrend.it the size change form (CLICK HERE) within 3 days from the date of receipt of the Products. LEATHER TREND's Customer Service will, upon receipt of the communication, open a file for the exchange of the merchandise and communicate to the Customer instructions on how to return the Products.

The exchange is governed by the following conditions:

1. For the exchange to take place correctly, the returned item must be completely intact within its original packaging, totally intact.

2. The products must be returned in the same box in which they were received.

3. The first size change is free. For all subsequent exchanges, where necessary it costs 10.00 € VAT included (payment methods reported on the site).

4. It is not possible to request a change size for items made tailor made or clearly personalized

For all others has, however, a cost of 10.00 € including vat (payment methods reported on the site).

Please note: All returned items are checked by LEATHER TREND in order to meet all the parameters stated in the terms and conditions of the return policy. Therefore if the returned items are damaged and/or do not comply with the terms and conditions of the return policy, LEATHER TREND will return the purchased Products to the Customer, charging him/her the shipping costs.
