Leather Trend Gift Card

The Leather Trend Gift Cards can be used to purchase products on www.leathertrend.it. To use a Gift Card, just add the code shown on the card to the discount or coupon item in the shopping cart.

- In the case of orders with a value equal to that of the Gift Card, the order total will be deducted from the balance of the Gift Card and it will be cancelled.
- In case of purchases of lower value, the order total will be deducted from the Gift Card and a new Gift Card will be generated (with the same expiry date) for an amount equal to the remaining balance.
- If the order total is greater than the value of the Gift Card, the difference must be paid using another payment method among those accepted on Leathertrend.it. Leather Trend provides buyers with information on the usage status of the Gift Cards they have purchased. To view the balance of the Gift Cards, visit the My Account section on Leathertrend.it.

No additional charges are applied when using Gift Cards.

Gift Cards and their remaining balance are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. They may not be used to purchase other Gift Cards. Gift Cards may not be reloaded, resold, redeemed for cash, or used in any manner otherwise prohibited by our policy. The remaining balance of a Gift Card associated with a Leathertrend.it account cannot be transferred to another Leathertrend.it account.

Risk of loss and title to a Gift Card pass to the purchaser or designated recipient upon delivery to the carrier, as applicable. We are not responsible for any loss, theft, destruction or unauthorized use of Gift Cards.

In the event that a fraudulently generated or obtained Gift Card is used to make purchases on Leathertrend.it, we reserve the right to close customer accounts and debit the amount of orders to alternative payment methods.

We disclaim all warranties, expressed or implied, relating to Gift Cards, including, without limitation, express or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. If the Gift Card does not work, you can only request a replacement. Where applicable statutory provisions do not allow for limitations on warranties or exclusions or limitations of liability in relation to certain damages, some or all of the above exclusions or limitations may not apply and you may have additional rights.

The general conditions of use and sale of Leathertrend.it apply. Gift Cards are issued by Leather Trend. When you purchase, receive or use a Gift Card, you accept that these general conditions of use for Gift Cards are governed by Italian law. We reserve the right to request further information on your identity, on the ownership of the Gift Card or Leathertrend.it account, or the indication of an additional payment method before adding a Gift Card to your account or to your Gift balance Card. We reserve the right to amend these terms from time to time at our discretion. These conditions are applicable within the limits established by law.
